Busser/Dishwasher

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Dishwasher/Busser to join our team. Responsibilities:

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand.
• Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition.
• Assist with bussing tables, clearing dishes, and resetting tables for the next guests.
• Support kitchen staff as needed with food preparation and handling.
• Provide excellent customer service by promptly attending to guest needs.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff, hospitality team members, and customers.
• Knowledge of food service and catering industry standards.
• Familiarity with food handling procedures and safety regulations.
• Strong customer service skills to assist guests and provide help when needed.
• Willingness to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
