Job Overview

Clean Concierge TPA, LLC is seeking a motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented Part-Time Cleaning Technician for an upcoming post-construction cleaning project scheduled for Friday, December 12th, 2025. This role is essential in ensuring newly constructed or renovated spaces are thoroughly cleaned and prepared for occupancy.

As a Cleaning Technician, you will play a vital role in transforming post-construction sites into pristine environments—contributing to the safety, appearance, and overall quality of the finished project. This position offers flexible, as-needed hours, with jobs frequently scheduled on short notice.

Job Details

• Location: South Tampa, near Bayshore
• Status: 1099 Subcontractor (must have personal health insurance)

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive post-construction cleaning including:
• Dust removal, debris clearing, wiping surfaces, mopping
• Cleaning windows, walls, ceilings, and fixtures
• Ensuring all areas are free of construction materials, dust, and residues
• Operate commercial cleaning equipment such as vacuums, shop-vacs, buffers, or floor polishers (experience preferred but not required for this job)
• Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Maintain cleanliness logs and report any issues, damages, or hazards
• Maintain professionalism and adhere to all job-site rules

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of cleaning experience required
• Commercial or post-construction cleaning experience is a strong plus
• Knowledge of general cleaning techniques; familiarity with floor care is helpful
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Must be physically able to lift, bend, reach, and stand for extended periods
• Reliable, professional communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
