Retail Team Member

At Aloha Pools & Spas, we don't just sell pools and spas—we create backyard dreams. As a Retail Team Member, you'll help customers find exactly what they need, keep our store and Pool Park looking amazing, and be part of a team that's all about delivering 5-star service every day.

Whether it's helping a new pool owner learn how to keep their water sparkling or making sure our Pool Park is ready to wow visitors, your role will be all about creating an Elevated Customer Experience—one of our core values (along with Family Oriented, Accountable, and Driven).

What You'll Do

• Deliver 5-Star Service: Greet customers, answer questions, and make them feel welcome.
• Sales & Support: Process sales quickly and accurately, keep shelves stocked, and set up promotional displays.
• Pool Park Upkeep: Maintain our on-site display hot tubs and pools so they're always clean, operational, and ready to impress.
• Inventory Care: Restock shelves, label products, and help with inventory counts.
• Store Maintenance: Keep the store clean, organized, and safe.
• Teamwork: Work closely with your teammates and communicate with managers to keep things running smoothly.

What We're Looking For

• Retail or customer service experience preferred, but we'll train the right person
• Friendly, approachable, and eager to help
• Comfortable working on your feet and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Available to work weekends during our busy pool season (spring/summer)
• Willingness to work both indoors and outdoors as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $17.00 per hour
