We are seeking a motivated
Assistant Estimator
to join our growing construction team in Myrtle Beach, SC. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career construction professional looking to gain hands-on estimating experience while working alongside seasoned industry leaders.

What You'll Do

• Assist in preparing accurate cost estimates for commercial and/or residential construction projects
• Perform quantity takeoffs and analyze project plans, specifications, and scopes of work
• Solicit, review, and compare subcontractor and supplier bids
• Support senior estimators during bid preparation and proposal submissions
• Help track project costs and maintain estimating databases
• Collaborate with project managers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure competitive and accurate bids

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of construction estimating or related experience
• Bachelor's degree in
  Construction Management
  or a related field
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and pricing
• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Excel (experience with industry tools is a plus)
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to work full-time in an in-office environment

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary:
  $70,000 – $80,000 (based on experience)
