The Boeing CompanyJoin the Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Global Supply Chain / Fabrication team as the Strategy and Integration Leader for Fabrication and HR Business Partner to the BCA Fabrication Vice President, Composites and Manufacturing based out of Auburn, WA .
This is a strategic, high-visibility Human Resources (HR) role partnering closely with business and HR leaders across the United States and globally. The position leads executive HR support for the Fabrication organization, drives People Council activities, and leads people initiatives for the Composites capability — supporting a business that supplies ~40% of parts across airplane programs.
Position Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary HR Business Partner to the BCA Fabrication VP (Composites and Manufacturing), advising on organization design, talent strategy, succession planning, performance management, and executive-level people matters
Lead strategy and integration activities for Fabrication: align HR programs and operating model to business priorities and program cadence
Manage all executive HR work for the Fabrication organization: executive compensation input, talent reviews, leadership development, and confidential executive-level employee relations
Convene and lead the Fabrication People Council: set agenda, drive actions, measure outcomes, and build cross-functional alignment
Design and implement people initiatives for the Composites capability, including workforce planning, capability development, onboarding, and retention strategies
Partner with Centers of Excellence (talent acquisition, total rewards, learning and development) to deliver scalable HR solutions
Act as a trusted advisor on complex employee relations cases and change management associated with technology, process, or organizational changes
Use data and analytics to inform people decisions and measure impact of HR initiatives. Present insights and recommendations to senior leaders
Support global and domestic HR coordination for Fabrication locations, ensuring consistent policies and practices while addressing local/region-specific considerations
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience communicating and implementing HR programs, policies and processes
5+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and linking
5+ years of experience creating and developing HR strategy plans and/or executing strategies and managing projects
5+ years of experience partnering with leadership to design and implement workforce strategies to meet organization objectives
5+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal role
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelors degree or higher, and relevant experience

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $127,500 - $172,500
