We at Therapy Expert Solutions (TES) are looking for a passionate and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant for Home Health to join our team of dedicated employees. We take pride in not only providing excellent care to our patients but also creating a positive team environment with employee support.

Coverage Areas: Cedar Hill, TX

Duties:

• Assessing and evaluating therapeutic/rehabilitative/functional status, and participation in the development of the total plan of care. Evaluates home environment.
• Assesses for muscle strength, mobility, gait, ROM-potential for rehab.
• Directing the PT treatment, instructing patients and families/caregivers in the use and care of therapeutic appliances.
• Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare professionals
• Adhere to all state and federal regulations and guideline

Requirements:

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of TEXAS
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to commute is a must

Special skills:

• Compression Bandaging
• MDL (Manual Lymphatic Drainage)
• Foreign language
