Procurement Operations Lead

Optiver is seeking a Procurement Operations Lead to drive the evolution of our global procurement operations. This role will be pivotal in transforming how we manage spend, processes, data, and systems across all regions. You will lead a team responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, while also shaping a more efficient, data-driven, and AI-enabled procurement function.

Procurement plays a critical role in enabling Optiver's business strategy — ensuring our teams have what they need, when they need it, at the right price and with the right controls. The Global Procurement Operations Lead will bring both strategic vision and operational rigor to strengthen this mission.

What You'll Do

Global Leadership

• Lead and develop a distributed procurement operations team across regions, ensuring alignment, accountability, and operational excellence.
• Serve as the global process owner for Procurement-owned processes in our S2P suite, partnering closely with our finance counterparts.
• Partner closely with sourcing leaders, finance, AP, and legal to ensure processes and systems enable both agility and control.
