Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

• Able to safely operate a company vehicle to complete daily routes
• Visually inspect and treat for mosquitoes, fleas, ticks, and other outdoor pests 
• Thoroughly explain to the customer the expectations for services and procedures while maximizing up-sale opportunities 
• Maintain excellent customer relationships by making personal connections and exhibiting professionalism in the field
• Maintain chemical and operational records in accordance with state requirements 
• Maintain clean and well-organized service vehicles
• Handle pesticides in a safe manner in accordance with state and federal regulations 
• Complete pesticide certification requirements and complete continuing education requirements
• Able to walk customer property while carrying equipment weight over 60lbs. for long periods of time in typical Georgia temperatures
• Contribute to the growth of the Company by establishing rapport with potential customers 
• Other miscellaneous duties as assigned

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
• Must have some previous experience working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
• Previous pest control experience preferred

Requirements 

• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record
• Must complete a background check and a drug screen prior to employment
• Must be able to carry and lift at least 60 lbs
• Willingness and ability to work flexible hours, at least 40 hours a week
• Must be available to work during black out periods (no PTO approved) (week before/after Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day)
