Route Driver

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Route Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods to various locations while ensuring timely and safe deliveries. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and adherence to safety protocols. The Route Driver will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency of our operations.

Duties

• Operate delivery vehicles, including box trucks, to transport goods along designated routes. CDL license not required.
• Load and unload products using manual techniques.
• Ensure all deliveries are made in a timely manner while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in safe operating condition.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation for each route.
• Assist in warehouse operations as needed, including inventory management and organization.
• Experience preferred, however, not required.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Must be at least 23 years of age.
• Ability to lift heavy loads (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks associated with moving goods.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
