Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our team and ensure the highest standards of food service and hospitality. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, culinary arts, and food service operations. This role requires a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences while overseeing daily operations, staff management, and customer satisfaction.

Duties

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Manage staff recruitment, training, and development to foster a positive work environment.
• Implement effective food preparation and presentation standards to maintain quality.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure seamless operations.
• Utilize POS systems for tracking sales, managing reservations, and processing payments.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors for banquet services and catering needs.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the restaurant.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menu items that reflect current trends.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary practices.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software and POS systems.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Knowledge of hospitality management principles is preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
