At Hearing Consultants, we serve the hearing healthcare needs of the North St. Louis County and Lake St. Louis communities. Our goal is for our patients to hear to their fullest potential. We are seeking a full-time Medical Office Coordinator to staff the front office of our BRIDGETON location. Occasional travel between locations is expected. We offer a competitive hourly wage, benefits, and a friendly, professional atmosphere with great culture.

Responsibilities of this role include:

  • Warmly greeting patients and other visitors.
  • Answering phones in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Converting calls into scheduled appointments.
  • Scheduling appointments and managing the appointment calendar.
  • Entering and updating all patient information including handling invoices, receiving funds and processing payments.
  • Check-in and ship packages; hearing aid manufacturers
  • Accept dropped off hearing aids for repair and contact patients when repaired hearing aids are ready to be picked up.
  • Maintaining excellent working relationships with patients, vendors, colleagues, etc.
  • Monday – Friday, 8am – 4pm

Experience:

  • Medical receptionist: 2 years (Preferred)
