As a Product Manager, Production Inkjet, you will play a crucial role in shaping the strategic direction and commercial success of Kyocera Document Solutions America's market-leading production inkjet portfolio. Working closely with the Sr. Manager, Inkjet Division, this role will be responsible for defining and executing comprehensive go-to-market strategies for the company's flagship production inkjet solutions—ensuring we maintain category leadership while accelerating growth in key segments such as commercial print, direct mail, transactional, publishing, and in-plant.
A deep understanding of the production print inkjet market—including customer workflows, competitive dynamics, channel expectations, and the economic drivers behind adoption—will be essential to inform roadmap direction, positioning, and launch priorities.
A strong sense of urgency and operational efficiency are critical to success in this role, along with the ability to multitask Including: product lifecycle management—spanning launch planning, value proposition refinement, competitive differentiation, and portfolio optimization, will need to maintain deep collaboration with product planning, sales, service, logistics and the broader corporate marketing organization. You will translate market insights into actionable messaging and enablement, build compelling business cases, and deliver field-ready tools that clearly articulate productivity, quality, reliability, and total cost of ownership advantages for our production inkjet customers.

Responsibilities+ Oversee the management and execution of the KDA launch process, go-to-market strategies, product portfolio rationalization and overall product lifecycle management process
+ Management and execution of pricing analytics and approval process for new and existing offerings
+ Responsible for the management and Improvement of the Product Launch Process.
+ Directing the creation, coordination, and execution of comprehensive GTM strategies across various disciplines concurrently.
+ Including but not limited to marketing collateral, digital marketing strategies, technical requirements, business planning, pre-sales / sales support, training, and sales strategy implementation.
+ Ability to provide structured feedback to R&D teams for product enhancements and product future roadmap development, including VOC / VOM data.
+ Identify and recommend new third-party products and services to ultimately bring to market.
+ Lead strategic initiatives to gain mind share and market share within the Dealer / Distributor channel.
+ Work closely with Sales Administration on PSI, forecasting activities and phase in/out strategies for product launches.
+ Develop pricing/promotional strategies and proposals as needed to drive Kyocera revenue and profit.
+ Understand key marketing performance metrics and tracking tools to provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, and consumer trends to translate results into actionable insights for the marketing team.
QualificationsBachelor's degree with a major or emphasis in Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in B2B marketing/sales required.
Experience working with dealer and direct channel sales teams.
Experience in leading and managing large, complex projects.
Experience with data, measurement, and analytics.
Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration capabilities.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Advanced ability to drive creativity and innovation.
Fluent in English

The typical pay range for this role is $81,000 -$122,000. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors. This position may include a discretionary bonus based on performance.
