Our current staff is approximately 25 employees working in 3 divisions. We carry licenses for Plumbing, HVAC, Hydronics, and Refrigeration.

What You'll Be Doing:

We're looking for an experienced Residential/light commercial HVAC Service Technician who is confident, sharp with customers, and takes pride in quality work.

Troubleshoot & Repair: Expertly diagnose and repair residential/light commercial HVAC systems such as forced air, A/C, heat pumps, boilers, Furnaces, Geos, Mini splits and RTU with a clean, efficient approach.

Maintenance: Perform preventative maintenance and seasonal tune-ups.

Customer Service: Communicate clearly and honestly with homeowners about system issues, providing repair options and recommending upgrades or replacements when appropriate.

Sales Support: Identify opportunities to upsell services, accessories, and system enhancements that improve comfort and efficiency, while building trust and long-term customer relationships.

Minimum 3-5 years of residential/commercial HVAC service experience

Strong mechanical skills and proven ability in diagnostics and repair.

Solid communication and customer-facing skills—you know how to build relationships with homeowners.

Required Certifications: EPA Certification (NATE is a definite plus)

A clean driving record and valid driver's license.

Ability to show on time and not have consent call offs.
