Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces
• Care for floors by sweeping, mopping, polishing, and applying appropriate treatments to maintain a pristine appearance
• Assist with hotel setup and breakdown for events or special functions, ensuring all areas are guest-ready
• Support housekeeping management by restocking supplies and reporting maintenance issues promptly
• Conduct janitorial tasks such as waste removal, window cleaning, and deep cleaning of high-touch areas
• Maintain cleanliness standards in accordance with hospitality industry regulations and company policies
• Support industrial cleaning projects when needed to uphold safety and hygiene standards

Requirements

• Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services within a hospitality or hotel environment preferred
• Knowledge of floor care techniques including polishing, stripping, and sealing floors
• Strong understanding of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures related to industrial cleaning
• Previous experience in hotel housekeeping management or hospitality settings is highly desirable
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment
• Excellent attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward maintaining cleanliness standards
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment

Pay: From $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 per week
