Grading Foreman

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Foremen to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing on-site operations, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining project timelines. This role requires strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of construction processes and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of construction workers and subcontractors on-site.
• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and company policies, including OSHA standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate implementation of project specifications.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Foreman or in a similar supervisory role within the construction industry.
• Able to read and understand blueprints.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices on construction sites.
• Excellent leadership abilities with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in construction management is a plus.
