D2D Sales Representative

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated, confident, and results-driven Door-to-Door Roofing Sales Representative to generate leads, inspect roofs, and assist homeowners through the insurance restoration process. This role is ideal for someone who is self-driven, comfortable speaking with homeowners, and hungry to earn based on performance.

You will be responsible for canvassing neighborhoods, identifying storm damage, educating homeowners, and setting inspections that convert into roofing projects.

Responsibilities

• Canvass assigned neighborhoods door-to-door after storm events
• Generate qualified leads and set roof inspections
• Educate homeowners on storm damage and insurance claims
• Perform basic roof inspections (training provided)
• Document damage with photos and inspection notes
• Assist homeowners through the insurance claim process
• Meet with insurance adjusters when needed
• Build trust and maintain professional relationships with customers
• Track leads, inspections, and sales activity
• Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with door-to-door sales and outdoor work
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Reliable transportation and smartphone required
• Ability to climb ladders and walk roofs (training provided)
• Sales experience preferred (roofing or D2D a plus, but not required)
• Coachable and willing to learn insurance restoration sales
