We are currently seeking Masonry Laborer/s to join our growing team. This position is full-time and year-round, offering competitive pay and benefits, and opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks involving physical labor on construction projects, sometimes under adverse field conditions
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools
• Clean and prepare job sites, including debris and material removal
• Erect, maintain, and dismantle scaffolding
• Assist masons and other crew members as directed by the foreman
• Load, unload, haul, and hoist materials
• Maintain a clean and organized job site, securing tools and equipment daily
• Follow all established safety rules and maintain a safe working environment
• Report to supervisors and communicate issues that may affect work progress

Requirements

• Ability to lift/move materials and equipment up to 80+ pounds
• Frequent standing, bending, kneeling, squatting, ladder/stair climbing, and occasional crawling/twisting
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Regular and reliable attendance
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Personal hand tools required for the position
• High school diploma or GED (construction experience helpful)
