Responsibilities
- Oversee schedule management for staff meetings, appointments, and company events, ensuring calendars are up-to-date and conflicts are minimized.
- Coordinate event planning activities such as meetings, training sessions, and company functions to ensure seamless execution.
- Supervise administrative staff and support team management efforts through training & development initiatives.
- Handle vendor management by negotiating contracts, processing invoices via QuickBooks or other bookkeeping software, and maintaining positive supplier relationships.
- Oversee human resources functions including onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel files through filing systems, and assisting with payroll processes.
- Maintain accurate records of office operations, including filing systems, medical office management (if applicable), and clerical documentation.
Experience
- Proven experience in office administration or office management roles with demonstrated supervisory experience.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software for bookkeeping and payroll processing.
- Strong event planning skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts effectively.
- Background in human resources functions such as onboarding, employee record keeping, and payroll administration.
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in phone etiquette, calendar management, and organizational tasks.

Pay: From $26.00 per hour
