About us

Ares Steel is a family owned an operated rebar fabrication plant in Riviera Beach, FL.

Responsibilities:
-Maintain and repair industrial machinery
that require knowledge of controls, pneumatics, hydraulics, motors, and general mechanical components.
- Conduct inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues
- Respond to maintenance requests from machine operators
- Supervise and coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or projects
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
- Fabricate or repair equipment and fixtures as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment

Experience:
- Proven experience in general maintenance and repair work
- Strong knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulic, and electrical systems
- Excellent communication skills and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Leadership skills to supervise external contractors and coordinate maintenance projects
