Business Development Representative

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Business Development Representative to join our remote team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience working with international markets and a proven track record of generating revenue for previous companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets
• Generate leads and convert them into paying clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipelines

Requirements:

• 2–3+ years of experience as a Business Development Representative or similar role
• Proven history of revenue generation for past companies
• Experience working with international clients/markets
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
• Good understanding of sales processes and CRM tools (preferred)
