About the Role:
This full-time pediatric outpatient position specializes in
feeding and swallowing dysfunctions
. You'll manage a diverse caseload in our outpatient clinic and also play a key role in our
NICU Follow-Up Clinic
, helping premature infants meet developmental milestones. Our team works closely with inpatient pediatrics, ensuring children and their families receive seamless, compassionate care.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum of
2 years of pediatric outpatient experience
post-CFY (preferred). - Expertise in
pediatric feeding and swallowing disorders
. - ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP)
. - Montana SLP license (or ability to obtain within 30 days).
- Graduate of an accredited SLP program.
- CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months).
What You'll Do:
- Create and deliver individualized therapy plans to help children thrive.
- Perform comprehensive evaluations and ongoing assessments.
- Conduct
Modified Barium Swallow Studies (MBSS)
for outpatient pediatrics. - Collaborate with families and care teams to support patient progress.
- Provide clear, timely documentation that meets payer and state guidelines.
- Contribute to team projects and initiatives that enhance rehab services.
