This position can be located in Clichy-la-Garenne (France) or Holzminden, Germany (Global HQ).
As a Global Business Marketer for Actives, you will collaborate with product management to gain a comprehensive understanding of our Business Unit's specific market segments. Leveraging this knowledge, you will adapt global strategic marketing plans to craft compelling storytelling that speaks directly to our Business Unit’s target audiences. Your role will involve developing customized promotional strategies for each Business Unit and product category, ensuring alignment with our global brand identity.
Key Responsibilities:
Promotional Activities:
- Design compelling storytelling to highlight the unique selling points of products, translating product technology into customer benefits.
- Coordinate the execution of global promotional tools with external graphic designers, ensuring consistency with our branding guidelines.
- Develop innovative concepts to support product launches and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with Business Unit Heads, Category Managers, and Product Managers to align content development with the communication media plan.
Marketing Activities:
- Conduct market surveys and analysis to understand market trends, identify unmet customer needs, and provide insights with the support of CMI & Strategic Marketing.
- Coordinate and continuously update the category/product competition analysis at the Business Unit level, sharing insights with Global Strategic Marketing to create a unified competition view.
The ideal candidate will have a high-level degree with several years of experience in the beauty industry, focusing on brand and marketing management. Fluent English, both written and oral, is essential, along with strong communication and presentation skills. They should be adept at translating technical information into engaging content using storytelling techniques.
Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, developing innovative marketing campaigns for diverse global audiences, and a keen interest in trends and new ingredients, especially Actives, is required. The candidate must be a strategic thinker with a commitment to problem-solving and driving projects forward. Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate in multicultural environments are crucial.
Passion for beauty, exceptional business acumen, and a proactive, organized, and adaptable approach are necessary. Proficiency in market research methodologies, marketing tools, MS Office, and Adobe Suite is expected. Willingness to travel as needed is also required.
