*Overview:*
We’re seeking an experienced *Pharmacy Manager* to lead our infusion pharmacy operations. This role oversees day-to-day pharmacy activities, ensures safe and compliant sterile compounding, and supports excellent patient care through collaboration with our nursing and clinical teams.
*What You’ll Do:*
* Oversee daily pharmacy operations, including compounding, dispensing, and inventory management.
* Ensure compliance with USP standards, state/federal pharmacy regulations, and accreditation requirements.
* Manage and mentor pharmacists, technicians, and support staff—hiring, training, scheduling, and performance oversight.
* Collaborate with clinical teams to coordinate infusion therapies and patient care plans.
* Review and verify medication orders for accuracy and appropriateness.
* Maintain proper documentation for compounding, dispensing, and inventory control.
* Support quality improvement, infection control, and safety initiatives.
* Provide clinical expertise for infusion therapies such as TPN, IV antibiotics, biologics, and specialty injectables.
*Qualifications:*
* Bachelor’s or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree.
* Active pharmacist license in good standing (state of practice).
* Minimum 3 years of pharmacist experience, with 1–2 years in infusion or sterile compounding.
* Strong knowledge of IV therapy and cleanroom procedures.
* Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
* Familiarity with EMR and pharmacy management software.
*Preferred:*
* Previous supervisory or management experience.
* Understanding of infusion reimbursement and billing practices.

Projected Total Compensation: $94,925.57 - $114,318.97 per year
