Deal with PPM and extra work requirements in adherence to set engineering standards in accordance with HASAWA requirement. Ensure that CAFM system is up to date at all times reporting jobs to the helpdesk and in line with Helpdesk requirements. Handle fault finding on electrical systems All handle all maintenance tasks to take into account, access, building users and ensure all H&S and contractual paperwork is approved and in place prior to work commencing. Be responsible for emergency lighting testing & inspection and repairs, Electrical Switchgear and Distribution Board inspections, Minor electrical works/projects and repairs to electrical/mechanical plant What you9ll bring
Candidate must have achieved the SVQ Level 3 Certificate in electrical installation jointly awarded by Scottish Qualifications Authority (SQA) and the SJIB or an approved equivalent (City & Guilds NVQ Level 3 in electrical Installation etc) Must have satisfactorily completed a recognised apprenticeship in electrical installation. City & Guilds 2382 required.18th Edition desirable LV AP qualification desirable Health & Safety IOSH qualification or similar Experience in using electrical multi-function testers This vacancy is classed as a Regulated Role by Disclosure Scotland.
