Responsibilities
Responsible for answering calls (target 60‑100 per day) with confident negotiation skills
Responsible for ensuring all data is recorded accurately in the CRM, by asking the correct questions set at company level
Focus on activity levels, conversion rates as well as the quality of service on the phones to the customers
Recording any sales via our digital channels into our CRM
Responding to emails in a timely manner
Dealing with customer queries by liaising with the relevant department, ensuring the query is resolved.
