Bryt Energy is looking for a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Assistant with a passion for sustainability, looking to embark on their marketing career or perhaps develop their skills, to join our expanding team.
WHAT IT WILL INCLUDE: What you’ll be doing:
Joining a passionate, unique team where marketing meets sustainability and drives the company’s purpose.
Be at the forefront of sustainable marketing, whilst supporting the Marketing team to develop and execute engaging marketing campaigns, using the full marketing mix that successfully drives brand awareness, purchase, penetration and retention of products and services to target audiences.
Living and breathing the brand and purpose to drive engagement across all channels and internally.
Engaging with key stakeholders, external agencies, suppliers, partners and customers as required to deliver activities, and investigating any new opportunities that could successfully support delivery against business objectives.
Work with relevant internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with GDPR requirements and any other regulatory requirements, such as the ASA/CMA green code.
Continuously identifying and improving processes, helping us to operate as a responsible business.
Where necessary, take on extra responsibilities outside of your role.
You’ll be responsible for:
Delivering engaging marketing campaigns across multiple channels, maximising for increased reach and engagement.
Delivering marketing activities in line with brand guidelines to ensure consistency and accuracy (style, fonts, images and tone of voice).
Working closely within the team and other departments to create engaging visuals and videos in a variety of formats to help deliver the company’s growth objectives and promote education and brand awareness.
Creating engaging customer email communications using our tone of voice to win, grow and retain customers, and coordinating email campaigns, ensuring a high level of data quality.
Supporting the Marketing Team with day‑to‑day website and social media activity, to maximise SEO and drive increased engagement.
Undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the marketing department’s activities.
Helping to organise industry‑leading events, supporting as required with bookings, collateral and guest lists.
Supporting internal employee engagement initiatives to drive the culture and sustainability of the business.

A keen eye for brand, and the ability to deliver original, informative and engaging content across a range of channels, including visuals/videos, product collateral, presentations, website and social media and email content.

Awareness and understanding of marketing trends and recommendations to drive new engagement initiatives/campaigns.

Education and Training:
Proven experience creating visuals and using design/photo/video editing software – e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro, InDesign.
Working knowledge of design and UX/UI on content management systems.
Experience of social media campaigns, and creating and optimising engaging content.
Conversant with marketing/creative processes and production tools and proficient in all Microsoft Office applications e.g., PowerPoint.
Experience or an interest in renewable energy and sustainability desirable.
Qualifications in Marketing/CIM desirable.
Qualifications in visual arts, illustration, graphic design or related field.
Abilities and Skills:
Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing best practice and trends.
Understanding of effective Marketing Communications, and able to relay information clearly to audiences in a variety of formats.
Having a creative eye, no matter the medium.
Take ownership and be accountable for their own work.
Great communication skills, and very capable of working within a fast‑paced agile environment.
Self‑starter, able to work to tight deadlines, managing multiple projects whilst being focused on key objectives.
Ability to relate to people at all levels/backgrounds and develop and maintain effective and credible working relationships.
