face-to-face, on-site role
working within a collaborative team environment where development, consistency, and performance are rewarded. What you’ll be doing: Representing clients professionally in customer-facing settings Communicating confidently with new customers and building rapport Learning how to identify customer needs and deliver tailored solutions Working towards achievable individual and team-based targets Developing transferable skills in communication, negotiation, and relationship-building Taking part in daily coaching, training sessions, and ongoing support This role is ideal if you: Enjoy interacting with people and working in a fast-paced environment Are goal-oriented and motivated by personal improvement Thrive in team-based settings Are open to feedback and keen to develop professionally Want long-term progression rather than short-term work Backgrounds in retail, hospitality, customer service, sport, education, or volunteering are welcomed — but not required.
