This role is responsible for the Media ROI learning plan for multiple brands in Europe helping the Marketing teams for continued success against the ROI targets. We are searching for someone skilled in operating within a matrix organization, bringing together and aligning cross‑functional partners (Consumer Experience, Marketing), key Publisher partners (e.g., Google, Meta) and Analytics providers (Circana, Nielsen, Redmill). This role is also leveraging advanced analytic tools to identify opportunities to optimize media effectiveness and ROI. One line reports into this role (Sr Analyst).
How you will contribute You will:
Work in close partnership with the business leadership team to execute the analytics agenda
Identify and incubate best‑in‑class external partners to drive delivery on strategic projects
Develop custom models/algorithms to uncover signals/patterns and trends to drive long‑term business performance
Execute the business analytics program agenda using a methodical approach that conveys to stakeholders what business analytics will deliver

Technical experience in roles in best‑in‑class analytics practices
Experience deploying new analytical approaches in a complex and highly matrixed organization
Savvy in usage of the analytics techniques to create business impacts
Skills/Leadership Competencies: Analytical
– Expertise in statistical techniques/modelling. Outstanding data analysis and problem‑solving skills, able to distil business insights in a clear, logical manner.

– Good understanding of business and keen to understand and deal with the situations to drive for results. Knows the priorities, what drives the business. Makes him/her a self‑starter, independent thinker with exceptional passion and drive/can‑do‑attitude to get things done. Commit and deliver.

– Concise and effective communicator (in meetings, writing and presenting), ability to simplify complexity and foster a cohesive and productive working relationship with their direct report.

Required Experience: Experience within marketing analytics, data science, media, consulting, or related fields.
Required Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
Additional Qualifications:
Strong academic background in marketing, analytics, economics or business
Experience in advanced audience analytics, Marketing Mix Measurement, real‑time measurement tools, 0/1st party consumer data, optimization
Experience in data visualization tools: Tableau, Power BI
Experience in manipulating and analyzing complex, high‑volume, high‑dimensionality data from varying sources and across the organization
