Job Description The Lead Business Analyst will manage and coordinate the work of three Business Unit-specific Business Analysts, ensuring alignment and synergy across therapy areas and affiliates. This role’s core mission is to deliver pan-affiliate, cross-brand analytical insights that connect business unit data into cohesive, strategic perspectives. The Lead will work closely with the Data Transformation Lead and the Customer Insights Lead to drive integrated decision‑making, harmonize analytical practices, and enhance commercial and operational outcomes.
Key Responsibilities Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and manage three Business Unit‑aligned Business Analysts, providing guidance, development, and performance oversight
Set priorities and ensure alignment of analysis output with overall corporate strategy and pan‑affiliate needs
Pan‑Affiliate Analysis & Strategy
Integrate insights across multiple business units to identify overarching trends, opportunities, and risks
Build cohesive, cross‑brand analytical narratives to inform senior leadership decision‑making
Lead the design and delivery of pan‑affiliate KPI dashboards and scorecards
Identify opportunities for synergy and resource optimization across therapy areas
Collaboration & Cross‑Functional Influence
Partner closely with the Data Transformation Lead to ensure analytical capabilities and datasets evolve to meet pan‑affiliate requirements
Work seamlessly with the Customer Insights Lead to connect quantitative analytics with qualitative market understanding
Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practice adoption across analytics, data, and insights teams
Advanced Analytical Delivery
Direct the creation of predictive and prescriptive analytical models for cross‑brand strategies
Translate complex, multi‑source analytics into clear recommendations for senior stakeholdersEnsure analytical outputs are consistent, scalable, and aligned with both unit‑level and corporate priorities
Champion data literacy and foster curiosity for better business questions across the analyst cohort
Qualifications
Experience in complex Data & Analytics environments, preferably in a pharmaceutical organisation
People leadership experience
Proven track record of leading cross‑functional analytics projects and teams
Proficiency with programming languages and statistical/mathematical modelling
Strong data integration skills; comfortable working with large, multi‑source datasets
Competencies

Strategic thinker with the ability to connect the dots across disparate datasets and business units
Skilled communicator able to deliver data stories to non‑technical audiences
Adept at balancing innovation with practical delivery considerations
