Today, we are bringing our unique blend of medical expertise and luxury wellness to international destinations through our expanding network of Longevity Hubs and Health Resorts.We are looking for a Financial Controller to join our dynamic team in Montreux starting March 2026. This strategic role will play a key part in strengthening Clinique La Prairie’s financial governance and performance management, supporting informed decision-making across the organization. You will actively contribute to the monitoring of business performance, the development of robust financial analyses, and the continuous improvement of reporting tools. This position will support our ambitious international growth strategy, including the development of Health Resorts and Longevity Hubs worldwide, by ensuring reliable financial insights and solid analytical foundations.Financial ControllerYour ResponsibilitiesPrepare monthly financial reportingDevelop, maintain, and continuously improve analytical reports (weekly, monthly, annual, etc.)Monitor existing KPIs and develop new KPIs in line with business evolutionParticipate in the preparation of the annual budgetMonitor monthly budget performance and support managers with their analysesManage cost accounting: creation and updating of allocation keys, profitability analysisReview billing journalsConfigure and maintain BI and ERP toolsEnsure ongoing maintenance of reports and analysesMonitor accounts receivableProvide support to the finance teamPerform ad hoc analyses according to business needsProfile RequiredStrong organizational and analytical skillsVery good knowledge of accounting rules and principlesExcellent ability to handle confidential dataHigh level of accuracy, strong sense of priorities, and ability to work under pressureTeam-oriented, dynamic, and proactive with a “can-do” attitudeStrong interpersonal skills and ability to work independentlyExcellent IT skills: Excel, PowerPoint, Opale, Business CentralProven experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and databasesExperience with BI and ERP tools (Board, Opale, Business Central) is an assetFluent in French and EnglishMinimum 5 years’ experience in a similar positionKnowledge of the Swiss healthcare system (TARDOC, SwissDRG) is an assetAdditional InformationWork location: Clarens – MontreuxContract type: Permanent contractWorkload: 100% (full-time)Start date: March 1, 2026For more information about our organization, please visit : and Our recruitment team carefully reviews all applications and will contact you as soon as possible.
