About the role: Reporting to the Superintendent, the Senior Supervisor, Mine Operations is responsible for working closely with Mine Maintenance, Engineering, Processing, and the other Mine Operations Supervisors to supervise and direct the crew's daily activities while working to support the long-term goals of the operation. This position follows a 4x4 days and nights rotation To be successful, we are looking for someone with excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities who will collaborate with and establish strong relationships across multi-disciplinary teams. This role requires versatility and ability to work with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-paced environment, characterized by change and ambiguity.
