Join our growing team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, as a Warehouse Worker! We are looking for energetic and reliable individuals to support our daily warehouse operations. This role is foundational to our entire fulfillment process, ensuring that everything from receiving to dispatch runs smoothly. You will be involved in a variety of tasks, including moving and organizing inventory, assisting with order picking and packing, and maintaining a safe and orderly workspace. This is a fantastic entry-level position for anyone looking to build a career in the warehouse and Logistics sector.
Responsibilities:
- Load and unload materials from trucks and containers.
- Move inventory within the warehouse using hand trucks or pallet jacks.
- Assist in picking and packing customer orders.
- Organize stock and maintain inventory levels.
- Keep the warehouse clean, tidy, and free from hazards.
- Operate basic warehouse machinery as trained.
- Report any damaged goods or safety concerns immediately.
- Assist with receiving and put-away of new inventory.
- Participate in inventory counts and reconciliation.
- Follow all Safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding role, including frequent Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Team player attitude with good communication skills.
- Commitment to adhering to all Safety protocols.
- Basic understanding of warehouse procedures and Logistics .
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
- Must be able to wear steel-toed boots and other mandated PPE .
