We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic team in Atlanta, Georgia. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of customer orders. You will work within a fast-paced warehouse environment, contributing to the overall efficiency of our logistics operations. Key responsibilities include picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment, as well as receiving and stocking incoming inventory. This is an excellent opportunity to grow within the logistics industry and become a vital part of our distribution network.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves according to order tickets.
- Inspect items for damage and ensure correct quantities are selected.
- Pack items securely and safely for shipment, using appropriate materials.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks, safely.
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against packing slips.
- Stock inventory in designated locations within the warehouse.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Utilize our warehouse management system (WMS) for tracking and updates.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Must be able to perform tasks requiring physical exertion, including significant Lifting (up to 50 lbs) and standing for extended periods.
- Willingness to wear provided PPE , including safety vests and gloves.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and adherence to all procedures.
- Understanding of basic Logistics principles is beneficial.
