As part of our logistics network, you'll be involved in the entire order fulfillment process, from picking and packing to shipping. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using handheld scanners and pick lists.
- Receive and process incoming inventory, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Operate basic material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and the mandatory use of PPE.
- Conduct inventory checks and report any discrepancies.
- Assemble orders and prepare them for shipment.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet daily fulfillment goals.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our logistics processes.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or similar role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and the importance of wearing PPE.
- Physical capability to perform tasks requiring consistent lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- Willingness to work occasional overtime as business needs dictate.
