Job Summary:
Join our thriving logistics operation in the vibrant city of San Francisco, California, as a Warehouse Associate. This role is fundamental to the daily operations of our warehouse, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in all tasks. You will be responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping a diverse range of products. Key duties include managing inventory levels, operating warehouse equipment (training provided), and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. A keen eye for detail is crucial for accurate order fulfillment and inventory management. We are committed to the highest standards of safety; therefore, adherence to all safety protocols, including the consistent use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is mandatory. This position requires individuals who are reliable, team-oriented, and capable of handling the physical demands of warehouse work, including lifting.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process incoming warehouse stock and materials.
  • Pick and fill orders from stock with high accuracy.
  • Pack and prepare orders for shipment.
  • Perform inventory controls and keep quality results.
  • Organize warehouse space and coordinate new inventory arrivals.
  • Process shipping and receiving paperwork.
  • Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies, including the proper use of PPE.
  • Operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery safely (training available).
  • Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse.
  • Contribute to team efforts to achieve operational goals in our logistics environment.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is a plus.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe workplace and following all safety procedures.
  • Basic understanding of inventory management principles.
