We are looking for a diligent Order Picker to join our fulfillment center in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. As an Order Picker, your main responsibility will be to accurately select and gather products from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders. This role is fundamental to our e-commerce logistics, ensuring that orders are picked correctly and efficiently. You will utilize scanning devices and pick lists to identify and retrieve items, maintaining high levels of accuracy and productivity. This position requires you to navigate the warehouse efficiently and work in a fast-paced environment. You must be comfortable with repetitive tasks and possess a keen eye for detail. Safety is a top priority, and all employees are required to adhere to strict safety guidelines, including the consistent use of mandated PPE. This role involves considerable walking and standing throughout your shift, and may require occasional lifting of items up to 40 lbs. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using an RF scanner or pick sheet.
- Locate products within the warehouse efficiently.
- Stage picked items in the designated area for packing.
- Verify product details against order requirements.
- Maintain the organization and cleanliness of assigned work areas.
- Strictly follow all safety protocols, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Report any stock inaccuracies or damaged goods.
- Engage in tasks requiring occasional lifting of up to 40 lbs.
- Contribute to the smooth operation of our logistics processes.
