Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the WMS.
- Implement and monitor inventory control procedures.
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with receiving, shipping, and operations teams to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of all materials.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE.
- Assist in identifying and mitigating potential inventory risks.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in inventory control or warehouse management.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Familiarity with Lifting requirements and safety protocols.
