As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. You will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, utilizing RF scanners and other equipment to locate and retrieve items from various warehouse locations. Attention to detail is paramount, as is the ability to work efficiently to meet picking quotas. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners and pick lists.
- Verify product information against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Stage picked items for quality control and shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
- Demonstrate a commitment to efficient workflow and productivity.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or order picking role preferred.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with RF scanning technology.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of warehouse safety practices and procedures.
- Excellent time management skills.
