Responsibilities:
- Efficiently pick products from inventory locations based on order fulfillment sheets.
- Inspect items for damage and ensure accuracy of picked quantities.
- Pack items securely and appropriately for safe transit.
- Label packages accurately with shipping information.
- Stage packed orders for carrier pickup.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and utilize required PPE.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and stock organization.
- Meet established performance metrics for picking and packing speed and accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding order status and issues.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a picking, packing, or fulfillment role is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
- Capacity for sustained physical activity, including frequent lifting.
- Must be capable of lifting items up to 50 pounds.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is an advantage.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions precisely.
- A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a team goal in logistics.
