Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic team in Denver, Colorado. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of customer orders. Your primary responsibilities will include picking, packing, and preparing items for shipment, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our logistics operations. You will work closely with inventory management systems to track stock levels and ensure order accuracy. Attention to detail is paramount as you will be handling a variety of products. You will be expected to wear provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times while on the warehouse floor. This role requires the ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
  • Process shipments and prepare them for delivery.
  • Receive and stock incoming inventory.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily goals.
  • Perform inventory counts and assist with stock management.
  • Ensure proper handling of products to prevent damage.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of warehouse operations.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred, but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.
  • Willingness to wear required PPE, including safety glasses and steel-toed boots.
  • Familiarity with basic logistics and inventory procedures is a plus.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Reliable and punctual.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
