We are actively recruiting for a skilled Forklift Operator to join our dynamic warehouse team in Provo, Utah. In this essential role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of forklifts to move, load, unload, and stack materials within our distribution center. You will play a crucial part in maintaining the flow of goods throughout our **Logistics** network, ensuring that inventory is managed effectively and prepared for shipment. A strong emphasis on **Safety** is paramount; you must adhere strictly to all company policies and OSHA regulations regarding forklift operation. Performing daily pre-shift inspections of the forklift and reporting any maintenance issues promptly is required. You will collaborate closely with other warehouse associates, including pickers, packers, and supervisors, to ensure coordinated operations. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain focus is essential. This position requires valid forklift certification and proven experience. Proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory at all times. Your role is critical to the smooth functioning of our **Logistics** operations. Key responsibilities include: operating forklifts to transport raw materials and finished goods, loading and unloading trucks, stacking and organizing inventory in designated areas, assisting with inventory cycle counts, and maintaining a clean and orderly work environment. This role involves significant **Lifting** of materials and requires excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
