We are looking for dedicated Picker/Packers to join our fast-paced logistics center in Cincinnati, Ohio. As a Picker/Packer, you will play a critical role in fulfilling customer orders accurately and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include picking items from warehouse shelves using pick lists or scanners and carefully packing them for shipment. This role demands meticulous attention to detail to ensure order accuracy and prevent errors. You will work collaboratively with other team members, including material handlers and shipping clerks, to maintain a smooth and organized workflow. Adherence to all **Safety** guidelines and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is non-negotiable. The ability to work in a physically demanding environment, which includes standing for extended periods and **Lifting** items up to 50 lbs, is essential. We are seeking individuals with a strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to teamwork. Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is preferred but not required, as comprehensive training will be provided. You will be instrumental in maintaining our high standards for order fulfillment within our **Logistics** operations. Key duties include: accurately locating and retrieving products, verifying items against order specifications, carefully packaging products to ensure they arrive undamaged, applying shipping labels, and maintaining a clean and organized workstation. You may also be asked to assist with inventory checks and other warehouse tasks as needed. Your contribution is vital to the success of our supply chain.
