We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Order Picker to join our dynamic logistics team in Denver, Colorado. As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently retrieving items from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders. This role is crucial to our supply chain operations, ensuring that our clients receive their products in a timely and accurate manner. You will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, utilizing hand-held scanners and other equipment to locate and pick products. Strong attention to detail is paramount to minimize errors and ensure customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with other warehouse associates, including forklift operators and packers, to maintain a smooth workflow. Adherence to all safety protocols and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory. This position requires physical stamina and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a warehouse or distribution center setting, with a good understanding of inventory management principles. Responsibilities include: accurately picking orders based on pick lists or scanner prompts, moving throughout the warehouse to retrieve items, staging picked items for packing and shipping, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and assisting with inventory counts as needed. The ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, may be required. We value reliability and a strong work ethic in all our logistics roles. Experience with RF scanners is a plus. This role involves significant **Lifting** and requires adherence to strict **Safety** guidelines. Ensuring proper **PPE** is worn at all times is a non-negotiable requirement of this **Logistics** position.
