Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming merchandise, verifying accuracy against purchase orders.
- Stock shelves and designated areas with incoming inventory using proper handling techniques.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently using RF scanners and order lists.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring correct labeling and documentation.
- Operate various warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers, safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company standards.
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory management tasks as needed.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including mandatory use of PPE.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily operational targets and ensure smooth workflow.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned to support overall team objectives.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is preferred.
- Ability to operate warehouse machinery and technology.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and scanning devices is a plus.
- Physical capability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime when necessary.
- Must comply with all safety regulations and wear required PPE.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong commitment to work responsibilities.
