Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves according to customer order specifications using RF scanners.
- Pack items securely and efficiently into appropriate shipping containers, ensuring product protection.
- Verify order accuracy and product condition prior to packing and shipping.
- Process shipments by generating labels and completing necessary documentation for various carriers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all warehouse safety protocols.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts, safely and efficiently.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including cycle counts and stock replenishment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed daily fulfillment targets.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including strict adherence to safety guidelines and the use of PPE.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues in achieving collective goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or similar environment is preferred.
- Proficiency in using RF scanning devices and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high levels of accuracy.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Willingness to strictly follow safety procedures and wear all required PPE.
- Good communication skills for effective interaction with team members and supervisors.
- Understanding of basic logistics and supply chain principles is a plus.
