Your responsibilities will include receiving, processing, and storing incoming inventory, as well as picking, packing, and shipping outgoing orders accurately and promptly. You will work closely with team members to maintain an organized and clean warehouse environment, contributing to the overall success of our logistics operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Stock inventory in designated warehouse locations, ensuring proper organization and rotation.
- Pick and pack orders accurately according to customer requirements.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labeling and documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (training provided if necessary).
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety guidelines.
- Participate in regular inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially concerning safety and PPE usage.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform heavy Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of warehouse safety procedures.
- Willingness to wear required PPE.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
