You will be responsible for receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping products. A strong focus on accuracy, efficiency, and maintaining a safe work environment is essential. As a Distribution Center Associate, you are integral to our logistics network, ensuring that goods are processed correctly and sent out promptly to meet customer demands. The position requires physical stamina, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting items up to 50 pounds on a regular basis. We are deeply committed to the well-being of our employees, which means strict adherence to all safety procedures and the mandatory use of personal protective equipment (PPE ) is required. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise.
- Pick and pack orders with high accuracy.
- Prepare shipments for loading and transport.
- Operate material handling equipment as needed.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through careful handling and scanning.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and hazard-free.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Utilize all required PPE , such as safety vests, gloves, and safety shoes.
- Contribute to the efficient flow of goods within the distribution center's logistics chain.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Skilled in performing tasks involving standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and logistics .
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety .
- Willingness to consistently wear and use required PPE .
