Join our dedicated team as a Warehouse Associate at our Omaha, Nebraska location. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to contribute to the efficiency and success of our warehouse operations. This role involves a variety of essential tasks, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring the safe handling of all products. We pride ourselves on a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement. The position requires physical stamina, the ability to handle moderate lifting, and a commitment to following all safety protocols, including the correct use of PPE. As part of our logistics network, you'll play a vital role in delivering products to our customers. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will be highly valued.
Responsibilities:
- Load and unload materials from trucks.
- Store materials in designated locations.
- Pick and pack orders according to specifications.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
- Follow all safety procedures, including proper lifting techniques and PPE usage.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed to support logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is an asset.
- Capability to perform lifting tasks up to 50 lbs.
- Understanding of warehouse safety practices and the importance of PPE.
- Strong organizational skills and a focus on accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Familiarity with general logistics and supply chain concepts.
