Seeking a motivated Picker/Packer to join our fast-paced warehouse in Cincinnati, Ohio! In this role, you will be essential to our order fulfillment process, ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include accurately picking items from inventory locations and carefully packing them for shipment. A strong focus on speed, accuracy, and adherence to quality standards is required. We maintain a rigorous safety program, and all team members must strictly follow safety guidelines and wear the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order lists.
- Inspect picked items for quality and accuracy.
- Pack items securely and efficiently into shipping containers.
- Label packages for shipment according to company and carrier requirements.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company policies and safety procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Meet or exceed established productivity targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a warehouse/logistics role is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to follow safety protocols and wear required PPE.
