Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate in San Francisco, California! We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals to contribute to our fast-paced logistics operations. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient flow of goods through our warehouse, from receiving to dispatch. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including order picking, packing, stocking, and general warehouse maintenance. Responsibilities:
- Receive, identify, and accurately record incoming stock.
- Pick and pack orders with accuracy and efficiency.
- Stock and organize warehouse shelves and inventory locations.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks (training provided).
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures, especially those related to safety and security.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
- Must be able to perform physical tasks, including frequent bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods.
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must be comfortable wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), such as safety vests and gloves.
